It was when he was welcomed back onto the stage with the orchestra playing the Torchwood theme. I think he appeared three times in total. Zoe Salmon was one of his dancers during the finale. There was some good behind the scenes stuff on Blue Peter yesterday. Nice upskirt shots!!
Edited to add: Naoko Mori was also in the Avenue Q segment. She plays Christmas Eve.Last edited by Milky Tears; 13th Dec 2006 at 1:36 AM.

The Mighty Gareth "Planet of the Spiders" Hunt was in yesterday's Doctors. In a dressing gown and not much else for far too long...

I've just got my handcuffs and my truncheon and that's enough.

I was trying to forget about Hunt in his gown yesterday. In fact, I'm still trying to forget about Hunt in Doctor Who!

On both counts that's quite understandable!

Ronald Pickup in tonight's Worst Christmas Of My Life.
He was a physician in Doctor Who many years ago - allegedly.

Yeah, right.
On tonight's 'Imagine...', an excellent documentary about Alexandra Palace and the early days of television, Maureen Lipman was interviewed about her husband Jack Rosenthal's play 'The Fools On The Hill' (which I'd love to see again), and they also showed a couple of clips from 'The Idiot's Lantern'!

Doctor Who was mentioned in today's Neighbours!
Grab a tissue!
Susan: "I called Doctor Little today..."
Karl: "Doctor who?"
Susan: "no, Doctor Little".
Doctor Who has officially made it.

Wot Dave said about 'Imagine...'. It was on BBC1 Scotland last night.
Also spotted Peter Jeffrey and Pervy Les Grantham in the last two episodes of The Jewel In The Crown.

Last night, I saw Spamalot.
Featuring in it were Robert Hands (Algy in The Empty Child/The Doctor Dances), as Sir Robin, Guard 1 and Brother Maynard. Also, Krystal Archer (Nerys in The Runaway Bride) was in the ensamble.

Camile Coduri in tonight's Nuns On The Run, with Eric Idle and Robbie Coltrane.
I'm sure she's Emma Bunton's mum...

I've just been watching the lovely Camille in "King Ralph" which I don't think was a great hit at the cinema, but which I always rather like. Other sightings in the same film were Julian Glover with a Finnish accent (allegedly); nearly/maybe/couldbe/sorta Doctor, Richard Griffiths; Big Finish villain Leslie Phillips; and according to the end credits, Borusa Angus Mackay!

I could swear Caroline John (and sure-to-be-in-Who-any-day-soon Annette Crosbie) is (are) in the opening scenes of Santa Claus:The Movie but the credits say other wise as does IMDB.

Barrowman popped up with Connie Fisher's mullet on BBC1 half an hour ago. I'm shocked! That was almost 24 hours without a BBC appearance!

Would it be too obvious to mention Billie Piper in "The Ruby in the Smoke" this evening - and I think I spotted the Chinese lady from "The Mind of Evil" in there as well at one point.

Yes, it was Pik-Sen Lim. Half expected her to say "We suspect the imperialist British of this crime!". Not forgetting Robert Glenister, Trevor Cooper, Martin Jarvis in voice over- and Lance from Runaway Bride as well. Not that many times you get to see somebody from the most recent episode of Who in something with somebody who was in one made 35 years ago!
