I don't know what the real term for it is, but I consider it placeholder material. All the other pages for the Classic Comics at that site have the exact same stuff. I guess they haven't gotten around to writing real descriptions, yet.

Perhaps it's actually a description for 'Doctor Who Classical Comics', featuring reprints of Dr.Who's exciting strip adventures with John and Gillian as they explore the works of Homer, Sophocles, Aeschylus and Euripides?

It's more accurate Latin than this is:
Caesar et sum jam forte.
Caesar et erat.
Caesar sic in omnibus.
Caesar sic in at.
(See who gets it!)

That would look to be Latin in the same style as Harry Field's in Inspector Morse. Ventosa Vere Restabit, and all that.

Dennis, Francois, Melba and Smasher are competing to see who can wine and dine Lola Whitecastle and win the contract to write her memoirs. Can Dennis learn how to be charming? Can Francois concentrate on anything else when food is on the table? Will Smasher keep his temper under control?
If only the 28th century didn't keep popping up to get in Dennis's way...
