Having to watch kids films is a good enough reason not to have kids.

I hate Disneyfied Pooh! It misses the point soooo much.
Mine are
1 The Goonies - Just a brilliant film that is just as much fun for adults. It uses that whole gang of mates having an exciting adventure idea and what 10 year old didn't dream of that.
2 The Princess Bride (surprise given my avatar) - Just the most original and witty take on the traditional fairy tale ever. It even has a kid telling his grandpa that fairy tales are rubbish. And the hero has been making a living as a pirate which is morally ambiguious and he gets killed two thrids of the way in! Cool.
Other 3 to come later as manager has just entered the room and I have to do some work.

I Love The Princess Bride... that movie is just magical!!
and yes while I have to admit that Disney Pooh is just not kosher... it is still the genius of AA Milne, and does stick to the Winnie the pooh Books quite well! But still missing the point, and the poetry, i agree!
Oh and they are cute to (not as cute as the originals of course!!)
I am a much bigger fan of the original versions of all things Pooh!

There's an awful Disney Pooh series on channel 5 called Pooh's House or something and its terrrible. Don't ever watch that!
The original E Shepherd drawings are the best. He did the illustrations for Wind in the Willows too. Anyway I digress.

Oi, what's wrong with Toy Story 2, Jon? Little Miss got it for Christmas several years back, and we both loved it - my favourite bit is the out-take when the cowboy farts in the box, right at the end: "No wonder they call me Stinky Pete" and the Barbie doll. But I will agree that the original Toy Story is even better.
So, my favourite 5 kids films are:
The Wizard of Oz
Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (the original)
Toy Story
The Polar Express
A Bugs Life
Little Miss's (at the moment) appear to be:
Spy Kids
Scooby Doo (live action)
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
Cheaper by the Dozen
Hellboy
