8.00-8.30pm.
For those wondering about when this episode is set... spoiler...
Between Martha leaving the TARDIS and the ship coming through the wall - just as the Doctor glances at the monitor on the console. From the commentary for Last of the Time Lords:
Tennant: There's another little story that you've still to find out about, which happens right... now.
(The Doctor glances at the console screen)
Tennant: There! Right in that moment there!
Freema: Looking at the screen?
Tennant: Oh, yeah! You're looking at me blankly! Oh, yeah!
Barrowman: Oh, but wait-
Freema: REALLY?!?
Barrowman: Yeah, but hold on... when we finish this, you're gonna tell me..
Tennant: (Sarcastically) Sure!

They've been showing a new Children in Need trailer since Monday afternoon. Contains a couple of "raped my Davison lovin' childhood" clips.

I'm wondering when I'll be able to see it...probably whenever it's posted up on youtube. Hopefully, that won't take forever!

Within hours, probably!
-

Yeah, I'll probably see it the following day, because if it's within hours it might not be the greatest quality. I'd hate to see Peter Davison's return all digitized or with the audio behind a few seconds lol.

well i'm looking forward to it I just hope we don't have to wait to long after 8pm to see it.

Well I would be surprised if it's on before 8:20. It's a good way of getting Doctor Who fans watching a bit of Children in Need for a decent period of time to say it'll be on after 8:00 but leave it until later. Rather than them tuning in, seeing/recording what they want & then clearing off.

What about viewers in Scotland? We won't get the special intros, see all the networked stuff about 10-15 minutes later and have to put up with Jackie Bird and Des Bloody Clarke for four hours!!
It'll be available to watch online (along with a Confidential featurette), but that might just be for those in the UK:

Three important questions regarding this........
1. What does Baysan think of it all?
2. How long will it be before Milky posts overnight audience figures/AI scores.
3. Will we be doomed?

I know it will never happen but I personaly think that 2/entertain should put this CIN special on as a bonous feature on the first vanilla release for series 4 as they should remember that there are many people who neither want or can afford the box sets.

No, he just wants the CiN bit added. Thats how it reads to me anyway.
Although that kind of negates it being a vanilla release though.

I'd like a raspberry ripple release or maybe a neopolitan
