    That's it!

    I have everybody's Christmas presents!
And he won't give them back until he gets the ransom money!

We're hosting Christmas this year which'll be great fun. We've got the shopping tonight, I've done some bits in sainsburys this morning that we'd forgotten and then, hopefully the food side is finished for now!

The presents are all bought and wrapped and Steve is back from the Middle east so we can be Christmassy now!

I've just got my handcuffs and my truncheon and that's enough.

When Si says the shopping, he means that the shopping will be turning up as pre-ordered. No traipsing around Aldi for us!

As soon as you've brought 8 bottles of champagne, Stuart.

Whatever everyone's doing, I hope it's a good Christmas for you all.
I’m being extremely clever up here and there’s no one to stand around looking impressed! What’s the point in having you all?

    Checklist!

    24th checklist:
Trim sprouts, dry, put in bags.
Peel parsnips, chop and store in bowl of water.
Peel potatoes, cut into large chunks, store in water.
    Bread sauce.
    Red cabbage.
    Squashmush Wellington. Prepare fillings!
NB Sqaushmush Wellington is a meal for the vegetarians, consisting of Butternut squash and mushrooms in a Wellington. Obvs!

Just so happens The Lads emptied that many bottles last night - will that do...? (At least they're quiet this morning!)

It so happens this'll be my last chance to wish everyone a happy Christmas, so happy Christmas.

Merry Christmas to all my old friends on here.
Or should I say 'young' friends.
    And everyone else too.

    Merry Christmas everyone.
And are we going to pretend Return Of Doctor Mysterio didn't happen so no need for a thread or poll?
    I'm cool with that!

Ho ho ho, Merry Christmas to y'all!

My plans for the day (in somewhat rough order):

    - Not oversleeping (check!)
    - Get turkey onto slow cook before mum cooks it up properly
    - Open presents
    - Help mum with cooking
    - Eat!
    - Drink!
    - Lots of washing up (especially as the dishwasher keeps playing silly buggers )
    - More board game playtesting
    - NOT forgetting to miss Christmas Doctor Who (again!)
We ride tornadoes. We eat tomatoes.

You realised this is the eleventh year in a row that this thread has been used? Hmm? At least some of Ebenezer Wallis' lessons have been noted. Recycled pixels? Pixels have feelings too!
