I've just ordered Kieran another Christmas present, one I noticed when looking through the Fantasy & SF book club, but had never noticed mentioned anywhere else before. Its a book and model set. The easiest one is meant to be K9 and there are ones for the TARDIS, a Cyberman and the hardest one is meant to be the Dalek.

I bought the new Christopher Rice novel off play.com. About time it came out... loved his previous two.

I had to buy The Mail On Sunday again - just to get Part Two of their Madness Live CD. Baggy Trousers, Our House, Love Struck, Wings of A Dove, Driving In My Car, Shut Up and Night Boat To Cairo are included this week.

The News of the World was also purchased.

I wonder if my brother knew about those CDs? We're off to see the Nutty Boys in a few weeks.

Anyway, today I bought the latest DWM and the In Their Own Words special, plus some food and stuff.

In amongst a basket of various food items from Sainsbury's tonight, I treated myself to the Doctor Who advent calendar at what seemed a decent price of a penny short of three English pounds. It must be the first advent calendar I've bought for nigh on 20 years or so!

I'm tempted by it too... on the front, there's a sticker with pics of "goodies"... is there anything free inside?

I had a note through my door that I needed to pick up the old Doctor Who and Blon Fel Fotch Passameer-Day Slitheen from one of my neighbours yesterday.

Blon and the Doctor demanded 4 triple A batteries each, the cheeky plastic scamps. But they will work for me tonight, oh yes!
Pity. I have no understanding of the word. It is not registered in my vocabulary bank. EXTERMINATE!

My Roger Moore James Bond boxset was sent out by Play today-I'm hoping to have it for Saturday, so I can watch some quality Rogering.

(oh no, that sounds a bit M.T.-y)

I went to Peacocks and bought myself a nice jumper style cardigan for 4, and a pair of track bottoms and a nice top for Christian for 2 each in the sale.
Then i popped into Shoe Zone and found a pair of leather school shoes for Christian for 7.99.
Then i went to Morrisons for a bit of shopping.
Thats quenched my desire for retail therapy....for today at least!
