50 Best British Albums (It's another w*nky Q Magazine list!)
It's a cool and awesome list.

Oh yes it is! It's my favourite album of the 21st century, for sure.

Under The Iron Sea, really? I bought it and liked it but I certainly didn't think it was that well regarded?!

It certainly didn't sell as well as Hopes and Fears, but sales don't mean anything, look at Wet Wet Wet's recent chart entry.

It's utterly random! No offence to Keane, but... just random! It's never been seen in any of the many, many Best Album lists they've done in the past, so where has it come from?
And it's certainly not better than "Hounds of Love" anyway.
Si.

As good as 'Under The Iron Sea' is, 'Hopes And Fears' is far better, methinks.
Doesn't 'OK Computer' usually win the 'Best British Album Ever According to a couple of thousand people voting on a cold, damp Tuesday afternoon'? Have Q readers lost their Radiohead love!?

Didn't Radio One once have a poll which caused Bros's "When Will I Be Famous" to be voted "best song of all time"?
Need I say more. Oasis are good, but really they're not that good.
