I wonder if we'll get a flashback sequence of the moment of conception:

I'd forgotten about that Fear Her comment. Perhaps he does already know...

I hope it turns out that this is his and Rose's lovechild and she's conceived in the future and fell back through a rift in spacetime.

Could be his and Madam de Pompadours lovechild - he seemed to have a very special night with her.

Nah - I recon the randy Doctor went native on his exile on Earth, and there's somewhere a dodgy sex tape of him, Liz Shaw, Jo Grant, Sarah Jane Smith and Sgt Benton.

    Wasn't Mike Yates interested, then?

It was the sixth Doctor and Vena from Timelash, obviously. The screen was filled with their passion.

How are they going to bring the Daleks back? If they are coming back!

I reckons either they're going to be retconned into existence, or they're the Daleks from Rose's universe. It could happen!

My guess is that the Daleks will be brought back by somebody deliberately reopening the rift that the Doctor closed in Doomsday - which would also allow Rose to come back. Who that somebody might be, I don't know, but one obvious guess would be Dalek Caan, or his creator.

Probably not Mike, I don't there's been any fat gays on the show. In fact, I don't think there's been any gay characters this year.

I reckon we'll see UNIT again this year. If they spent all that money hiring a truck and spraying 'UNIT' on it, I don't think it'll be a one off.

Or not. That Mace guy was rubbish.

I'm sure we're supposed to be thinking down this lines, and it's probably a red herring but ...

Episode 2 - "We're in Pompei and it's Volcano Day!".
Episode 5 - "Are you my Mummy?" Gas mask incident.
Episode 6 - The Doctor recieves an Empty Child shaped scar on his hand.
Episode 7 - The Vespoid seems to make the same scar in the wallpaper.

Is this some kind of silly trail of breadcrumbs to make us think something from the Empty Child/Doctor Dances is returning?

And extreme speculation from my son here ... in Episode 5 Rose appears on screen for an instant.

Some say she's calling "Doctor", some have said maybe it's "Donna".

    But ...

My son wonders if it's "Davros".

Si thinks Donna will be dead by the end of the year.

There have been loads of clues, particularly this week with River Song going all 'Oh poor Donna' and stuff.

IMHO (and I've avoided all spoilers, so don't know) definitely one (at least) of the companions will die by the end of the year - since they all seem to be piling back, it's pretty well inevitable I'd say. SJS has her own show, so does Cap'n Jack, Donna we know is definitely signed for one year only so could be... My money is on Rose, unless they're keeping her on as companion for the specials next year.

I don't think, incidentally, we'll see River Song again.
