Strictly Come Dancing
Only three weeks to go and four couples left...
Bunton's legs and Madness were the highlights for me tonight. I was disgusted when I saw Louisa Lytton's costume earlier! Had to switch over to The Culture Show.
I don't pay my licence fee for this smutty muck!!
Smillie's gone!

Lytton's bare flesh is the highlight of my Saturday nights.
It's getting tougher to call now, but Carol really shouldn't have gone.
Bunton improves with age.
I do sometimes watch this for the dancing, you know.Last edited by Dave Tudor; 3rd Dec 2006 at 1:49 AM.

Lytton's still too young/small. She's only about 4ft 7"!!
Tess Daly looks massive standing beside her.

I did think tonight, though, that there was more than a hint of wrongness about 78-year-old Bruce Forsyth making suggestive comments about 17-year-old Louisa's costume.
I still would, mind. Louisa, not Brucie.

That's because Brucie is "The King Of Old Pervs". You should worship him, Dave.

It's not worth watching anymore.

Bunton's still in... even though the voting public seem to hate her.

My Mum, Dad, & Sister love this, so i got to see it for the first time this year, as i was at my folks' this weekend.
Don't fancy Lytton in the slightest, (besides, she's way too young for my tastes) but Bunton looks 10 times better than she did in the Spice Girls.
Although my favourite is actually one of the professional dancers. Can't remember her name, but she was dancing with the light haired rugby(?) player.
Tess whatserface is a wierd looking bod isn't she?

(Go look at the Eye Candy thread to see what I mean. )

She's very cute - although I prefer Karen.

Bunt's gone!! Not much of a surprise as the voters don't seem to like her.
Highlight of the night was the guitar work on 'You Shook Me All Night Long' and that scary catsuit!

The Strictly Blue Peter segment of their Christmas Special was worth watching this afternoon. I'm even catching the repeat on CBBC right now.
Some superb moves from Andy and Gethin. Zoe was looking great, but Konnie's dancing is almost as bad as her singing!!
Zoe's Tess Daly impersonation was the highlight, though. They should get her on next year's SCD.

So, did the best man win?
I think so.

Brucie should've won. His singing and dancing last night is my new series highlight.

Good to see Zoe Ball once again flashing her pins and her knicks on the Christmas Special last night.
The return of Lytton's Legs brightened up my Xmas, too.

Singer, songwriter and presenter Alesha Dixon, known largely as one third of former girl group Mis-Teeq, is paired with Matthew Cutler; GMTV and BBC One's The People's Quiz presenter Kate Garraway will be dancing with Anton Du Beke, while model and photographer Penny Lancaster-Stewart is partnered with Ian Waite. Finally, for the women, sports presenter Gabby Logan joins James Jordan.
For the men, former Liverpool and Watford football player John Barnes will be dancing with Nicole Cutler; actor Brian Capron, best known for his role as serial killer Richard Hillman in Coronation Street, is partnered with last year's winning professional Karen Hardy and EastEnders actor Matt Di'Angelo, better known as Deano Wicks in the soap joins Flavia Cacace.
Blue Peter presenter Gethin Jones dances with Camilla Dallerup; TV presenter Dominic Littlewood, currently seen on BBC shows such as The One Show and To Buy Or Not To Buy, will be dancing with Lilia Kopylova and former Scottish International rugby player Kenny Logan, and husband of Gabby Logan, is paired with Ola Jordan in the first Strictly Come Dancing husband and wife battle. Last but not least, former snooker champion Willie Thorne is partnered with Erin Boag.
Let's hope Matt D'Angelo can stay in it longer than Tarby did last year - we didn't see enough of Flavia.
My early tip would be Gabby Logan - she was a rhythmic gymnast didn't she? She's should be used to this sort of thing. Alesha could be a contender, too.

Is anyone else (i.e. Milky) still watching this?
It never fails to amaze me, 'Strictly Come Dancing' would normally be the sort of show I just wouldn't abide, but I LOVE it - it's just pure, old-fashioned Saturday night entertainment, and it's good to see the celebrities revealing some hidden talents (and a lot more, oh yes! ). This series looks like it's going to be great, and the standard of dancing from the celebs is much higher than usual. It's going to be much harder to call this time round, although I'd be surprised if it wasn't one of the girls who won, as most of them are excellent.
Brian Capron probably deserved to go, as he really wasn't very good (although it was a shame to see last year's winner Karen depart), but I was a bit disappointed to see Stephanie Beacham leave, as she could have been a lot of fun. Poor Kate Garraway was lucky to stay in last week, but I'd be surprised if she makes it to next week.
As for the contenders, John Barnes and Matt Di Angelo are both quite good, but I think all the male celebrities will be overshadowed by the women. Penny Lancaster and Kelly Brook are both excellent, although not quite as good as the judges give them credit for. Gabby Logan, on the other hand, is fantastic, but she doesn't get enough credit.
As for me, well I think I've fallen in love with Alesha:
