BBC cuts and closures
It seems the recent rumours are true.
BBC 6 Music and Asian Network are facing closure, Mark Thompson Director General of the corporation, has said.
Speaking to staff Mr Thompson also announced that there will be 25% less spent on BBC online by 2013.
Among the closures will be teen services Switch and Blast, with Mr Thompson admitting Channel 4 should lead the way with these audiences.
He pledged that in the future 90p of every licence fee £1 will be spent on programming.Dennis, Francois, Melba and Smasher are competing to see who can wine and dine Lola Whitecastle and win the contract to write her memoirs. Can Dennis learn how to be charming? Can Francois concentrate on anything else when food is on the table? Will Smasher keep his temper under control?
If only the 28th century didn't keep popping up to get in Dennis's way...
