The SJAs Season 4
The titles for the episodes in Series Four of The Sarah Jane Adventures have been revealed.
4.1 / 4.2: The Nightmare Man
by Joseph Lidster
4.3 / 4.4: The Vault of Secrets
by Phil Ford
4.5 / 4.6: Death of the Doctor
by Russell T. Davies
4.7 / 4.8: The Empty Planet
by Gareth Roberts
4.9 / 4.10: Lost in Time
by Rupert Laight
4.11 / 4.12: Goodbye, Sarah Jane Smith
by Gareth Roberts & Clayton Hickman
The series is expected to be the biggest and best yet, due to the support from CBBC, and hosts some brand new villains including, The Nightmare Man, The Dark Horde, Men in Black, Tudors and Nazis!
Julian Bleach who appeared in Doctor Who as Davros and as The Ghost Master in Torchwood, completes the set by appearing as The Nightmare Man, in what is set to be his scariest vilain yet.

Anyone want to stick their neck out and predict which story has the Nazi's in it? "Lost In Time" could be a double bluff? Maybe in the last story Sarah Jane finds out she is of Jewish descent and is actually Sarah Jane Goldsmith? And upon hearing of this news, zombie robot Nazi's get revived from a secret underground bunker intent on destroying her?
And maybe "Death of The Doctor" is a real-time couple of episodes about them hearing of Harold Shipman's suicide and being all joyful about it... until Clyde makes a sick joke and they spend twenty minutes in an offended silence?
It goes without saying I'm happy about this news! Anyone else want to join in the fun by making up daft plotlines from the story titles?

Death of The Doctor might be a ludicrous attempt by RTD to sabotage Moffatt's show.... or not.
There was a very strong run of stories in Season 3, I'm feeling optimistic they can keep it going for Season 4! I wonder if we'll be seeing any more of Maria?Pity. I have no understanding of the word. It is not registered in my vocabulary bank. EXTERMINATE!

In other words it's ok when Moff does it but not when RTD does

He wrote The Gift, the S3 finale. Plus a couple of novelisations of S1 stories.

Ah right, thanks Jonno. Really looking forward to it (the series), especially for the Matt Smith appearance.

They need some new clothes for Clyde. He's always wearing that blue t-shirt. It must honk.

Somebody over on Roobarbs reckons it's on BBC HD on Oct 17th at 17.30 (according to Digiguide), but the tv guide I use (FindMeTV) has 'Gardeners World' listed....?
I'm really annoyed about this. I'm not going to watch it until it's on HD (or BBC One at least, without an onscreen DOG), yet I'll no doubt be bombarded with trailers for future episodes (& spoilers) whenever I'm watching other shows on the BBC. Are these filmed in HD? I ask because they air on BBC HD, and the 720P versions I watch that were recorded from BBC HD look very crisp, yet they have so far only been released on DVD and not blu-ray, at least over here.

In the interest of keeping the SJA forum alive I'll repost this here from the Bargains thread...
The Series 4 DVD set (which bizarrely includes Pyramids of Mars as an extra and so I'm holding out to get the BluRay) is one of today's black friday lightning deals from 2.30pm (only a limited amount of stock is made available during the 2 hour window and I imagine this will be a popular item!)
