The original Radio series begins on Radio 4 Extra his evening, including the missing from the CDs Pink Floyd scene.

I've heard about this before. Do you know which scene it was, Si, and what Pink Floyd music they used?

It was when Arthur and Marvin were left behind on the surface of Magrathea, when Arthur starts going on about the sunset ("I've seen it - it's rubbish"). I believe Marvin's humming from Shine On You Crazy Diamond. I'm sure there's someone here who knows their Floyd far better than I do, and will be able to tell you which precise segment it's taken from.
