What Will Happen To The Rebel Flesh?
There's seemingly an insoluble problem for the Doctor and his chums in this Rebel Flesh / Almost People two-parter. There's a gang of humans and a gang of their alter-egos, the flesh, the mirror image of the originals. So which ones should the Doctor side with? Where would your sympathies lie in such a situation?
And how do you think it's going to play out? Is it going to be Death All Round, or something More Positive? Can they get away without killing anyone?
Draw your bets!

And how many similarities can we draw with Moon http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1182345/

Well Moon is subtly different. The Gangers are fully aware of what happened to their previous selves whereas each version of Sam Bell basically relived the same couple of years.

And here's a thought (not based on any spoilers, just thinking out loud): what if the "originals" we see on the island are actually Gangers themselves? What if the "rescue shuttle" turns up at the end of this Saturday's episode, and it's manned by the exact same cast who're already (twice) on the island...? (All very Alien3, by the way.)

Buzz-Ganger already died, didn't he? So that's "everybody lives" right out of the running already.
For every fail, there is an equal and opposite win.
...Oh, who am I kidding?

I don't think it'll end well - but I suspect the interesting moral dilemma of whether it could be justified to destroy a copy of yourself won't be pursued too far, more likely the 'flesh' thing in the tank will reabsorb the 'gangers (and probably the 'real' people given half a chance).

I'm not sure how they will come to an agreement, but to break the tension, I know the Doctor will make the remark of "Buzz Bum Sex" which will be on T-shirt within a week.

I must admit that last week when everyone woke up after the "storm" I thought they all might be gangers and they would spend the episode looking for the gangers only to discover that they themselves are them...but that would have only been a single episode story. And the TARDIS is still there.
May be the crew are all gangers & the Doctor, Amy & Rory are the only 'real' people there?
