The first two as the share the same name as me. And Patrick as I can't think of anyone else famous called Alexander, and Patrick sounds like he would be fun to meet.

What's the best app on your phone?Dennis, Francois, Melba and Smasher are competing to see who can wine and dine Lola Whitecastle and win the contract to write her memoirs. Can Dennis learn how to be charming? Can Francois concentrate on anything else when food is on the table? Will Smasher keep his temper under control?

Last FM. Quite pathetic really, it sends every song I listen to off to a database that I don't even look at. Coolest is probably the Google Sky Map which points out which constellation you're looking at. On a clear night.

No. I quite like their music, but they're essentially a fairly bog standard blues-rock band. Nothing special.

When its at its worst - full flowing mucus, hacking cough etc - spend 24 hours in bed with lots of Vic, Soothers and warming soup.
Experience has shown me that being brave and fighting your way into work just means the cold lasts a lot longer and you feel more rundown at the end.
I have an INSET day tomorrow to spend all day being perfomance managed and to managed other people. What's your experience, if any, of performance management ?Bazinga !
