Lost Stories 1.7: The Song of Megaptera
I've started this today, it's one of the final Lost Stories to date that I have to listen to, and I've only really started it because I left my iPhone lead at work so couldn't upload "Hexagora" last night. It sounds rubbish, and this is one of the most infamously unworkable Doctor Who scripts of all time.
However, the audio is not bad. Like a mix of "Sword of Orion" and "Slipback". There are gruff Space Captain types, there are people probably in overalls and some chirpy banter from the Doctor. Nicola Bryant as Peri also seems quite chipper, so they evidently had fun making it. Also there is a great bit of TARDIS-in-vortex sound effects that I intend to pinch later.
So far, so middling-to-good.
Si.

I really quite liked this one. Probably because it wasn't trying too hard to be something special.
