There a town named Sparta in Illinois near where we live.. I was just joking with my wife that we should go to their Wal Mart and yell "This is Sparta" at people...
Incidentally, that town is where the classic 1967 film "In the Heat of the Night" with Sidney Poitier was partly filmed.
