Ultimate Doctor Who: Season 4
And if things had been shaken up in Season 3, that was nothing to what was to come in Season 4.
Suddenly we have a new Doctor, a new approach to the series and by the end of the season a completely different regular cast to the season opener. Blimey, it's all go.
And which is your favourite? (I'm including The War Machines here as I forgot it last season, and well, none of you picked me up on its omission, so I'm not apologising! )
I've just got my handcuffs and my truncheon and that's enough.

I may have gone mad, but I've voted for The Faceless Ones. I have a feeling that if it were to ever be returned to the archives, it would be strongly re-evaluated. There are a lot of things going for it, including Pauline Collins! It might actually be an incredibly exciting, location-led action story, the kind of thing that would have been unthinkable in Season 3.
Pity. I have no understanding of the word. It is not registered in my vocabulary bank. EXTERMINATE!

The last 3 all have something going for them, but I've gone for Power, as it's always been a fav of mine.
(Come on Africa, give it up!)

I would've voted for The War Machines had it not been left off the previous season poll.
For Season 4, I've chosen The Tenth Planet as it's the closest we've got to a complete story. It's also iconic for introducing the Cybermen and the Doctor regenerating for the first time. (My opinion could change if The Power of the Daleks, The Macra Terror etc. were to be returned should the rumours prove to be true.)

Not a single story in this season exists in full, and either with the audios it easy to misjudge how good a story is. So I just voted for the story I would most like to see back in full, Power of the Daleks.

For the 3rd season in a row, it's the Daleks for me but Power trumps Evil, which does drag somewhat in the middle with the tests. I don't think the Daleks have ever been better than in Power.

Evil Of The Daleks. I like the fact that as with The Faceless Ones, Jamie's carrying part of the story, and that it doesn't lag at all (IMHO).

I voted Evil, but I forgot about The Moonbase, So I'd change it if I could.
I love the Moonbase Cybermen..... They're like metal ghosts....

Blimey, Zarbi over Daleks in S2 and Cybermen over Daleks in S4?
Sure you haven't got jet lag?!

Moonbase now has a vote. It's a huge favourite of mine, with the best Cybermen and incidental music.

Power and Evil are all very fine, but I'd be thinking of The Macra Terror. I adore The Macra Terror.

I'm going for The Highlanders - not because it's the best of the season, it's almost certainly not, but because it seems to be such a jolly romp, which is my sort of Who!!

The Moonbase is one of my favourite ever stories, going right back to when I read the novel - the archetypal claustrophobic, base-under-siege story.

The Dalek stories are surprisingly dull for me, so I'm going for The Macra Terror.
Oooh, coconut macaroons!

Glad to see The Moonbase getting some support (me included!) This was the story that started my love for old Who stories. What? There were Doctors before Tom Baker?? Yes young Nyder, there was
