This was one of the rare times where I had stayed almost completely spoiler-free (really hard when you're not watching it live!). So, here were the moments that absolutely delighted me (without knowing that they would happen):
The Hartnell opening.
Coal Hill School - Chairman of the Governors: I Chesterton
All 12 Doctors. No, wait...
...ITS PETER F***ING CAPALDI!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!
The blatant setting up for the 13th Doctor to go searching for Gallifrey (probably to end in them rewarding him with a new life cycle...)
TOM BAKER! AAAAAH!
That lovely shot of all twelve of them at the end.
And the one downright bizarre moment:
The photo of Mike Yates and Sara Kingdom (uh... wat!?)
Watchers in the Fourth Dimension: A Doctor Who Podcast
Three Americans and a Brit attempt to watch their way through the entirety of Doctor Who

How did they get a photo of Kamelion in the 11th Century?
Pity. I have no understanding of the word. It is not registered in my vocabulary bank. EXTERMINATE!

Well he was in the TARDIS for quite some time. Maybe he had an adventure with UNIT with the fifth Doctor, Tegan and Turlough? Or he popped in to visit while Resurrection of the Daleks was happening?
I've just got my handcuffs and my truncheon and that's enough.

I'm sure he would have been handing out publicity shots where ever he could & perhaps one fell through a time window.

Oh wait a minute he went to Lanzarote in the 80's didn't he? Although the photo is clearly taken in Bodiam Castle. Perhaps the Master went site-seeing with Kamelion?
Pity. I have no understanding of the word. It is not registered in my vocabulary bank. EXTERMINATE!

Speaking as a master criminal of some disrepute, one has to case the joint - what better way to find out the history of an old building than as a tourist?

I didn't realise Kate's ringtone was the TARDIS! I was still getting used to my 3D specs in the cinema at the time!
I can watch that scene with Matt & Tom again and again. It's bloody wonderful!
