Hello From Newcastle!
Hi everyone,
I just found my way here via Twitter and thought I'd join up and get involved. I'm Tom, a 36 year old bloke from Newcastle (the cold North East of England for any who don't know!), I'm a husband, a father, and a lifelong fan of all things Who.
I enjoy Classic and New Who alike, and am a collector and costumer (currently putting an 8th Doctor costume together and starting a Dalek build in the new year).
I'm into all kinds of Sci-Fi, fantasy, and anything remotely geeky to be honest, whether it's TV, film, comic book, novels, whatever, it's all good!
I was introduced to Doctor Who when I was a toddler and fell in love with the show, something that just grew as the years passed. I remember the 4th Doctor and his wonderfully ridiculous scarf, fending off alien monsters, foiling the plans of the Daleks and bantering with the ever faithful K9 and was gripped. I watched every episode from then on and went back and watched those that had come before. I've lost track of how many times I've watched them all now, but it never gets boring for me.
Anyway, I look forward to getting involved and getting to know you all better,
Tom
