Have they discovered Gallifrey?
Well not really, but a fun story never the less. There have been 80,000 signatures to name a recently discovered planet "Gallifrey". Makes a change from people wanting to call it Vulcan ...

This wouldn't actually be a story; for many years, Asimov wrote a regular factual science column for the magazine in which this was published, of which this would have been one "edition". Still worth reading though.
